Standard ground shipping is free to all 48 contiguous states and Canada. If you are shipping to AK, HI, or PR, place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and at checkout, our shipping calculator will display the cost for each of the shipping options available to you.
Freight shipping methods via LTL for items such as workbenches or tool chests are not available for orders shipping to AK, HI, or PR.
If you order by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on a Monday through Friday, and you use one of the expedited delivery options (Two-Day, Overnight), your item will ship out the same day as long as it is in stock. Keep in mind that FedEx does not count non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) as shipping days.
Standard ground shipping orders will ship within 1-2 business days from order date as long as it is in stock. This option appears as "FedEx Ground" or “FedEx Home Delivery” during checkout.
Freight shipping (workbenches, tool chests, etc.) takes 1-5 business days to ship. Please note that a Customer Service Representative will contact you before shipping so that we can confirm your shipping information. Until we have received confirmation from you, we will not be able to ship your product. Please see our LTL Delivery instructions here.

FedEx Home Delivery is used to deliver to residential addresses. FedEx Ground is used to deliver to commercial addresses. FedEx Ground is also used for parcel shipments that are over 70 lbs. regardless of delivery address.
Standard ground shipping is approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
Express shipping is approximately 2 business days via FedEx 2 Day and approximately 1 business day via FedEx Standard Overnight.
Freight shipping is approximately 3-10 business days via an LTL carrier. All residential deliveries will require a delivery appointment scheduled ahead of time with the carrier.
NOTE: All shipping carriers are experiencing delays due 1] the pandemic creating a major consumer shift to online buying resulting in record breaking shipping volumes, taxing logistics networks nationwide; 2] driver labor shortages; and 3] weather disruptions.
Standard ground shipping and expedited shipments will ship via FedEx. FedEx will not be able to deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you for an alternate delivery address.
Freight shipping (workbenches, tool chests, etc.) will have a curbside delivery only. The recipient will be contacted by the LTL carrier to schedule a delivery appointment and must be present at time of delivery to receive the product.

Confirm Contact Phone Number
In order for the delivery to take place, the trucking company will have to call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Once the shipment reaches the terminal closest to you, they will call to set up a delivery window. You will need to confirm the best daytime phone number and will have the option to provide an alternate phone number for us to provide to the carrier.
Confirm Shipping Address
We will also need to know if it’s shipping to a residence or business address.
If residence, please know that this delivery will arrive on a 53’ long tractor-trailer. We will need to know if you anticipate any height or truck length issues with having such a large delivery. We will then check on carrier equipment availability for delivery in your area if different sized trucks are required.
If business, we will confirm the name of your business, if you have docks available at delivery, and if you need a delivery appointment or have receiving hours.
Confirm Delivery Details
Please note that this shipment will arrive on a pallet and will be a Curbside Delivery ONLY. This means that the trucker will only be responsible for taking the unit off the truck and putting it directly onto the curb/end of your driveway. He will not be able to bring it inside your garage or your house/business, down your driveway, or upstairs. We suggest that you have a hand truck, furniture dolly, and/or another person there to assist in receiving this shipment as it is quite heavy.
Review Assembly Tip
Most units can easily be assembled wherever it is unloaded. Simply remove the cardboard box and lay it flat on the ground. Then remove the side handles from the bottom drawer and install them to the sides of the unit. With the help of another person, use the side handles to tip the unit onto its backside. Install the casters, tip the unit back up onto its casters, and roll it wherever it needs to go.
Review Inspection Details
Please inspect the pallet fully before you sign any paperwork or let the driver go. Walk around the pallet to ensure there are no signs of shipping damage. If you see damage, please hold the driver, cut the straps and lift the box top to do a closer inspection.
If the product is dented on the back, sides, or top, please refuse the entire product and write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt. If the driver is uncooperative, write “DAMAGED” and refuse the product. Do NOT accept the product. Have the driver take the damaged product, contact TRINITY and we will send you a replacement. If you bought (2) products and only one is damaged, keep the undamaged product and refuse the damaged one.
If only removable parts like the handles, drawers, or doors are damaged, you can accept the shipment, contact TRINITY and we will send you replacement parts.
